📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain a robust sales network with retailers and distributors in Jakarta Raya.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Participate in sales promotions, product launches, and other marketing activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
