📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
• Ensure the highest quality of service and educational outcomes for students
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Develop and implement operational plans and strategies
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Manage and mentor a team of educators and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Represent the center at community events and stakeholder meetings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational management or a similar operational leadership role
• Proven track record of success in managing educational institutions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using educational management software, such as PowerSchool or Schoology
• Knowledge of Indonesian educational standards and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
