📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and direct telecommunications infrastructure projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project goals are met.,Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.,Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.,Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in telecommunications infrastructure.,Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and standards.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and business practices is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
