📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures for production processes.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.,Provide training and support to production staff.,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production process management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
