As an FMCG Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for visiting retail outlets, understanding their needs, and presenting our products in a compelling manner. Your daily tasks will include order taking, inventory management, and ensuring that our retail partners have a seamless shopping experience. You'll work closely with our sales team and leverage tools like Salesforce and SAP to streamline your processes.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit and engage with retail outlets across Bali to understand their needs and present our FMCG products.
- Take orders and manage inventory to ensure smooth retail operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to drive repeat business.
- Utilize Salesforce and SAP to track sales, manage customer data, and streamline order processing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail partners and end consumers.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the FMCG sector.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field.
- Proven track record in order taking, inventory management, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP.
- Familiarity with the FMCG industry and retail sector is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
