As an Electrical Maintenance Technician at Hilon Indonesia, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. You will work closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, and will be expected to have a deep understanding of PLC/HMI programming and configuration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner
• Program and configure PLC/HMI systems to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve electrical systems and processes
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Document all maintenance activities and issues in the company's maintenance management system
• Train and mentor junior technicians on electrical systems and maintenance procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair
• Proven expertise in PLC/HMI programming and configuration
• Familiarity with electrical safety regulations and standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
