📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records using Salesforce
• Use Zendesk to track and prioritize customer tickets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Monitor and report on customer service metrics and KPIs
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or telecommunications industry
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Zendesk
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in customer service or related field is a plus
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
