📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using QuickBooks or similar inventory management software.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assist in the organization and presentation of products in store displays.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to retail operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or consumer products operations.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and process orders accurately.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
