📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure optimal team performance.
• Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and training.
• Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are available for events.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of event planning and management software such as Eventbrite or Cvent.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in First Aid or CPR is a plus.
