📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Process daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
• Maintain and update financial documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a travel or visa services industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
