📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the e-KTP system, ensuring its smooth operation and security.
• Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders to implement and update the e-KTP system.
• Provide technical support and training to citizens and government officials on the use of e-KTP.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in identity management.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Manage data related to e-KTP, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in projects related to the digital transformation of identity management.
• Represent the government in meetings and conferences related to e-KTP.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in identity management or a related field.
• Familiarity with e-KTP systems and related software, such as SIKAP (Sistem Informasi Kependudukan).
• Strong knowledge of data management and security practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to identity management.
• Certification in identity management or a related field is a plus.
