📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about insurance products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally

• Collaborate with the insurance team to ensure customers receive the best possible service
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on customer issues and ensuring their needs are met

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
