📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire export and import process, from documentation to delivery
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure smooth operations
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to secure the best possible deals
• Monitor shipments to ensure they are on schedule and within budget
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the shipping process
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all shipments
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export and import operations
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and clean driving record
