Metricnova Marketing is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Canggu, Bali, known for its innovative approach to digital marketing and event planning. We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

As an Events & Marketing Associate, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including event planning, social media management, content creation, and client coordination. You’ll work closely with our team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement and achieve our clients' goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing events, from concept to completion, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand guidelines
• Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content using Hootsuite and Canva
• Support the marketing team in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and SEO
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure project deadlines are met
• Assist in creating and maintaining marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing and digital marketing
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in event marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (internships or entry-level positions are acceptable)
• Proficient in using social media platforms, event planning tools like Eventbrite, and design software like Canva
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools is a plus
• Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for event marketing and digital marketing
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
