As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling cleaning activities, monitoring inventory and supplies, and implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with the mall management team to ensure that all cleaning protocols are followed, and that any issues are addressed promptly. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our premium mall properties, while developing your leadership and management skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily cleaning operations of the mall, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Plan and schedule cleaning activities to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Monitor inventory and supplies, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Implement and enforce cleaning protocols and best practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the mall management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall cleanliness and operational efficiency of the mall.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and serviced.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mall or large commercial property.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in using cleaning management software, such as CleanLink or JanPro.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
