📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
• Analyze sales data to identify patterns and trends, and use this information to refine forecasting models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that demand forecasts align with business goals and objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations for inventory optimization.
• Use data analysis tools like SAP and Excel to create reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and forecasting.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of demand forecasting processes.
• Provide regular updates and reports on demand forecasting activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related role in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in demand planning or forecasting is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
