📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure that the café is clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained at all times.,Manage inventory levels and place orders to ensure that we always have the necessary supplies.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Monitor sales and revenue, and work to increase profitability.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the café is a safe and comfortable environment for customers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in managing staff and operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Experience with inventory management and ordering systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
