Are you a seasoned Senior Recruiter looking for an exciting opportunity to work remotely from the beautiful island of Bali? Join our private advertiser and help us build a strong and diverse team. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and manage our US and PH hiring processes. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent, as well as managing the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.

Source and attract top talent for US and PH positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates for our open positions.,Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide them with the best candidate matches.,Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and tracking progress.,Collaborate with other recruiters and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent for US and PH positions.,Strong understanding of the US and PH job markets, including industry trends, salary benchmarks, and cultural considerations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
