📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting food safety and quality tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Analyzing test results and providing recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Training and supervising junior lab technicians to maintain high standards of performance.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and innovation.,Documenting test procedures, results, and findings in a clear and organized manner.,Participating in audits and inspections to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.,Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in food safety and quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a food laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance standards and regulations.,Proficiency in laboratory equipment and techniques.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety management systems (FSMS) and HACCP principles.
