📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events or promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Possession of a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
