  • Supervising and training junior staff.
  • Managing schedules and ensuring staff availability.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
  • Monitoring and improving service quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
