Berkah Fitri Cafe & Coffee is looking for a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with trusted mechanics and service providers.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and industry standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth vehicle operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
