📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and company websites.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.,Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates.,Assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires.,Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Providing feedback to hiring managers on the status of their hiring requests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
