As a Procurement Staff at Nest Seed Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we get the best products at the best prices. You will work closely with our suppliers and ensure that our inventory is always well-stocked.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
