Overseeing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity,Managing and coordinating with various departments to achieve business goals,Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve performance,Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Managing the company's budget and resources to ensure optimal use,Leading and mentoring the operations team to achieve high performance standards,Resolving operational issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
