📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive sales growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
