📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial records, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to implement corrective actions and improvements.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial and operational records.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Providing guidance and support to staff on compliance and internal control matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
