📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient supply chains.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to prevent stockouts.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to support business growth.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to delivery delays or damages.,Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian both written and spoken.
