📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development objectives.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Conduct training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
