📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution routes and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and execute distribution strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong understanding of distribution operations and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with route planning and navigation software is a plus.
