Town Den Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including discipline, grievances, and performance management.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Coordinate benefits administration and ensure compliance with benefit programs.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and reports.,Support the HR team in special projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
