📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
