📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle all administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.,Maintain clinic facilities and ensure they are clean and well-organized.,Oversee office supplies and ensure they are stocked and managed properly.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and other services.,Assist in the organization and planning of clinic events and activities.,Handle staff complaints and ensure they are addressed promptly and appropriately.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all staff members.,Assist in the development and implementation of general affairs policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a clinic or office setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with general affairs procedures and best practices.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
