As an experienced CNC Machinist, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce complex marine components with tight tolerances. You'll also play a key role in maintaining machine performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain advanced CNC milling and turning machines, including Haas, Mazak, and Okuma models
- Set up and program CNC machines to produce high-precision marine components
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new machining processes
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in CNC machining
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality management systems
- Maintain accurate records of machine performance and production data
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably in the marine or aerospace industries
- Proven expertise in operating and maintaining Haas, Mazak, and Okuma CNC machines
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and G-code
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, such as Mastercam or SolidWorks
- Certification in CNC machining or a related field is a plus
- Understanding of quality control principles and standards
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
- Fluent in English, with good communication skills in both written and spoken form
