📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Report to the Outlet Manager and contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the healthcare sector.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory and sales management.,Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
