📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
  • Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.
  • Assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and preferences.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees seeking career development opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to achieve organizational goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
