📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs,Conduct regular audits and reviews of the distribution process to identify areas for improvement,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and suggest improvements,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies,Train and mentor junior staff on distribution processes and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics management,Proficient in using distribution management software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed
