📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing banquet events to ensure smooth operations.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events.,Prepare and present banquet menus, ensuring they meet the clients' preferences and dietary requirements.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues to create an inviting atmosphere.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet clients and guests.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events and guest information.,Assist in training and supporting junior staff members.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in banquet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in banquet services or related roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and banquet etiquette.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
