📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and track students' academic progress and performance.,Provide academic and career counseling to students to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve student retention and success rates.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to support students' academic success.,Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to students and their families.,Organize and participate in educational workshops, seminars, and other events to enhance students' learning experiences.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' academic progress and achievements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic advising, student support, or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using educational software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian education system and culture is a plus.
