📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
  • Work closely with the regional manager to ensure store performance meets company goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
