📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials and services.,Analyze and monitor supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement supply chain optimization opportunities.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on supply chain performance and trends.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management software is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
