PT Tirta Hasta is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our team in Tanah Abang, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Develop user manuals, API references, and other technical content,Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly,Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
