PERSOL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Associate to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is a 3-year contract position with competitive salary and benefits. Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.,Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and innovation.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.,Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities and performance.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
