📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the distribution team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the distribution or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using distribution management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
