📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations including inventory management, order processing, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and train logistics staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and industry best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
