📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business objectives,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software
