📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to support business objectives.,Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and supervise operational teams, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.,Provide operational insights and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and local language is a must.
