📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and improve performance.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, to maintain a positive work environment.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
