You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop and implement new recipes, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and ensure that our kitchen operations run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing new recipes,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene,Manage kitchen inventory and supplies,Train and supervise kitchen staff,Ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently,Participate in menu planning and development,Assist in the development of standard operating procedures for the kitchen

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations,Ability to work well in a team and take direction,Valid food handler's certificate
