📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation.
  • Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the resolution of network and internet issues.
  • Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT security measures.
  • Work with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
  • Good understanding of network protocols and technologies.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
